If you choose to send any confidential information to us via e-mail, you accept the risk that a third party may intercept and use this information.  Members Forum and benefits are only for subscribing Urgent Care Network members.

Payments and Fees - Urgent Care Network assigns a one time start up fee of $100.00 and than a monthly recurring fee of $59.00 with no contract to sign.  You are free to cancel your Urgent Care Network membership at any time.  However, all payments during the membership period will be automatically deducted from your account on a monthly basis.  Payments will be deducted monthly on the date that you signed up to be a part of Urgent Care Network.  (I.e. If you signed up April 4, your due date would than be the 4th of each month).  You must give a 30 day cancellation notice to Urgent Care Network in advance prior to your next scheduled payment.

Limited Warranty -
Urgent Care Network will endeavour to provide access to all materials, webpages and services on a 24/7 basis, but cannot be held liable for any loss of service. 

Urgent Care Network takes reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the site is secure and free from viruses, but is not responsible for any loss of data or hardware damage caused through usage. Nor is the security of information passed electronically to the site is guaranteed. 


Urgent Care Network does not warrant the information on this site, or on any site that it links to. Blackwell Publishing does not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or lawsuit related to the use of information contained within Urgencarenetwork.com or any linked site. 
By accepting these terms and conditions it is the responsibility of each member of the network to provide and keep current all information including but not limited to address, phone number, hours of operation, insurance, etc. Urgent Care Network will not be held responsible and indemnified regarding any information that is incorrect or inaccurate.

Use of Collected Data - While visiting our site, if you give us personal data in order to receive information from us, to register for Urgent Care Network as member, we will collect and store that personal data. If you give us personal data in order to register to be a member and receive member benefits services through an affiliate’s website, the affiliate may share the personal data with contracted service providers to verify the accuracy of the data and complete the registration process. We do not automatically collect your personal e-mail address, or any other data, simply because you visit our website.  We only collect data necessary to register and protect your account.  If we partner with a third party to provide services and you sign up for those services, we will share your name and other contact information necessary for our partner to provide the services to you.

If you view specific pages or download information from specific pages on our site, we will track and add the number of your visits to the aggregate number of visits by all users in order to better design our site. We may share aggregate demographic information with our affiliates. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify you or any other visitor to our web site.

Authorised Users -
Authorised Users are individuals who either have paid for an on-line subscription to Urgent Care Network, or are using UrgentCareNetwork.com on-line access for solely online searching purposes. No other use of products and services are allowed without subsciption to Urgent Care Network.  Members of the public may access the open parts of this site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Use -
You are allowed access to browse the site for personal use. Unreasonable use, including the systematic downloading of content without a written licence, will result in access to the site being blocked. Under no circumstances does permitted usage include any commercial exploitation of the material. 

Copying -
